Who am I?

I am fully accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and a professional member of the School of Psychotherapy and Counseling at Regent’s College, London. Following completion of my training as an Integrative Psychotherapist, I undertook a further period of professional development at the Tavistock Clinic in ‘Psychoanalytic Understanding of Trauma’. Since then, I have gained considerable experience of working in private practice and also in a consultative capacity in business, both in the commercial and not-for-profit sector.

I am now based in Rome and work in private practice with individuals, couples, adults and young people from my consulting rooms at the Centro di Psicoterapia, close to the metro at Re di Roma and San Giovanni. From here I also co-facilitate a groupwork programme called “Autostima ed Autoefficacia” (Self-esteem and Self-efficacy), consisting of an ongoing support group and regular seminars. In addition to my private practice, I am particularly interested in psychological initiatives in the workplace, and am focusing on the development of counseling, coaching, critical incident management and employee support and wellbeing in the growing Italian market. Furthermore, I provide coaching, training and consultancy to students, staff and senior managers at international schools and universities across Italy.

As well as my continuing registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy in the UK, I am accredited and fully insured in Italy with AssoCounseling, and hold the “Certificato di Competenza Professionale in Counseling” (CCPC ®)
